Cross Sanitary Stainless Steel Ball Valves , 1 Inch 4 Way Ball Valve For Cosmetic
This series sanitary 4-way ball valve is extensively used in food & beverage processing, brewing, oil refinery, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries to control medium flow. The 4-way port design makes it an optimum choice for viscous and particulate liquids.
Specification:
Sizes are available from DN25 / 1" to DN100 / 4".
Valve body can be AISI 304 or AISI 316L.
Valve seat: Teflon (PTFE)
Max. working pressure: 145psi (10bar)
Temperature range: -4 ~ 302°F (-20 ~ 150°C), -22 ~ 392°F (-30 ~ 200°C) option.
End connections: butt-weld, tri-clamp, or others available upon request.
Surface treatment: Ra 16 ~ 32µin (0.4 ~ 0.8µm), Ra 32µin is the default.
4-way type
Options:
The valve seat is Teflon (PTFE), gaskets can be EPDM, VMQ (Silicone) or Viton (FPM), all complying with FDA 21CFR177.2600.
End connection can be butt-welded, sanitary clamp, or others upon request..
Sanitary ball valves, is also called as hygienic ball valve which are opened by turning handles attached to balls inside the valves. The ball has a hole or port through the middle. When the port is in line with both ends of the valve, flow will occur. When the valve is closed, the hole is perpendicular to the ends of the valve, and flow is blocked.A ball valve is durable and usually work to achieve perfect shutoff even after years of disuse.
