The SLGP twin-screw pump offers a range of convincing advantages that are concentrated at the highest possible cost and productivity. In a combined system, we offer pumps of different sizes and screw sizes of different sizes, covering conveyors ranging from 40 L/h to 150 t/h and particle diameters up to 40 mm. Different screw sizes allow for different ranges of flow rates at the same viscosity, pressure and speed.
The SLGP pump features a screw-to-pump housing with no metal contact. This pump is capable of delivering non-lubricating materials or corrosive materials. As the pump rotates, the two engaged screws form a cavity along the pump casing.

Working Principle:
The principle of the SLGP series single-suction twin-screw pump is in the cavity enclosed by the pump body. The two non-contact screws continuously rotate to generate pressure and are delivered to the pump outlet. This axial continuous motion creates a gentle low pulse delivery.
