DIN Stainless Steel SS316L/304 Clamp Ends Sanitary Diaphragm Valve
Work principle:
The diaphragm is close under normal state, and that moment the diaphragm clung tho the valve body cavity, and closing off the flow path through the pipeline. When the diaphragm valve have the requirment to clean or open, the valve stem moves upwards according to the manual or pneumatic actuator equipment, spherical diaphragms naturally nemd upwards, so that the valve is open and reach the requirement of clean and open. The diaphragm make the lower body cavity and the upper chamber separted from the valve cover, so that the stem at the top of the diaphragm, disc media and other parts from corrsion, eliminating the need for packing structure, and no media leaks, the optimize valve body made the cleaning liquid flow out totally, so that don't have any entrapment.
Connection mode:
Welded. Our company offers other types of connection modes, such as clamp, T type tee, U type tee etc.
Standard: DIN. Our company offers other standard, such as IDF, SMS, 3A, ISO.
The parts of valve: an actuator, diaphragm and body which assemble together with bolts and nuts. Sanitary Stainless Steel Forge Straight Diaphragm Valve's actuator is manual. The body is two way.
Material:
Steel componens: Stainless steel 304, stainless 316L
Seal: EPDM+PTEE the seals are imported seal material (which conform to the FDA177.2600standard).
