1 Inch Sanitary Ball Valves Three Way PTFE Sealing Material For Food Line
All-inclusive tee design, no stranded high clean, meet the requirement of CIP and SIP sterillization and cleaning, and heat resistance of 180°C, the highest pressure 10 bar.
Available with a variety of structures, such as electric pneumatic, stainless steel, horizontal vertical pneumatic, key manually handle, can also be equipped with the control unit, locata, position sensor and other conpatible automatic control system.
Valve body can be replaced in any connections, adnd the length will not change.
Connection: clamp, weld, thread, flange.
Material for the part contacted with media is 304/636L, other part is 304.
Sealing material: PTFE, it is according to FDA117.2600.

Features:
The valve is lead free and Sanitary, it can be used for drinking water, the pharmaceutical and food industries. Stainless steel sanitary 3-way ball valves are used in a wide variety of high-pressure applications. A full, unrestricted flow allows no product restrictions through the valve, allowing easy diversion. We offer three way ball valves made of T316L stainless steel with PTFE seats that are easily removed. Clamp and weld ends are standard. Other connections are available upon request. Ball valves meet 3A requirements. L-Port is standard, but T-Port is available upon request.
